Communicate, Recruit, Inform, and grow your states. <\/span><\/p>\n

Goal is for each Liaison to grow each of your states each and every year. <\/span><\/p>\n

Primary contact with your constituents is electronic. Telephone, E-mail, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Communicate with your states \u2013 support and encourage timely AOH national projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Speak to your state presidents Monthly.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Communicate to your state presidents and vice presidents monthly via e-mal.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Work with National Organizer to promote recruiting and retention at the division level.<\/span>\n

    1. Promote recruiting monthly \u2013 get to the division level \u2013<\/span>\n
        \n
      1. Grow your states daily.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Promote retention of members \u2013 get to the member level –<\/span>\n
          \n
        1. Promote membership renewal early in the year.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Promote getting members who left back into the fold.<\/span>\n
            \n
          1. Sometimes a letter of encouragement will get them back.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Sometimes a phone call will get them back.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Encourage state to implement programs listed 1 and 2.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          4. Communications<\/span>\n

            1. Work to get all members of your state on the national e-mail list.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Work to get all officers (and members) from your area to attend Conventions and board meetings at every level.<\/span>\n

                1. Work to get all officers at every level degreed.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. Help you states follow proper meeting protocol.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

                  1. Read the constitution now. Read it again in two months. Read it again every six months.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. Understand procedures, you will be the first contact when there is an issue in your states.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  3. Remember<\/span>\n
                      \n
                    1. No one can suspend a member without a tribunal except when their per capita are not paid.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                    2. Whenever an officer is involved in any way the tribunal must be filed at the next level up.<\/strong> <\/span><\/li>\n
                    3. Charges must be filed by the accuser in writing and sent to the accused as prescribed in the constitution.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                        \n
                      1. May attend up to two meeting of each state board you represent annually with permission from the National President.<\/span>\n
                          \n
                        1. If you are unable to attend a state convention please notify the National President as early as possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          National Communications<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

                          1. Hibernian Digest Responsibility<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            Submit a 300 to 600-word article to the Hibernians Digest prior to the established deadline for each and every Hibernian Digest published.<\/span><\/p>\n

                            1. Web Page Responsibility<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              Responsible for creating and approving all content on the AOH web-page as related to chairmanship. <\/span><\/p>\n

                              Must provide a monthly update to the AOH webmaster. Weekly updates are encouraged. <\/span><\/p>\n

                              Updates are a simple action picture and a paragraph. <\/span><\/p>\n

                              1. Email Blast Responsibility<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                Prepare articles for email blast as requested. Suggest articles for email blast as needed<\/span><\/p>\n

                                Other<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

                                Additional duties as assigned by the national president.<\/span><\/p>\n
