Organizer is the major information resource relative to growing the Order as such, he is tasked with using all opportunities and means to provide members with membership growth resources. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

His responsibility includes growth in existing areas, growth in new areas, and retention of current membership.  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The chairman shall also oversee the development of recruiting resource materials. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE X- ORGANIZER, NATIONAL: Section 12<\/strong>. <\/b><\/span><\/span>Shall:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A. Conduct Organization Department;
\nB. Recommend to the National President, for appointment, such assistants as may be necessary to carry on the organizational work of the Order;
\nC. Encourage the organization of new divisions, especially in Counties, States and Districts where no division exists;
\nD. Report to the National Convention and National Board Meetings; and
\nE. Assign duties to assistant organizers and, in his discretion, remove any assistant organizer for inactivity. Expenses for such operations shall be paid from the monies for organizational purposes provided for in Article XI, Section 4, and in Article XIV, Secti<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Communicate with State Chairmen \u2013 State President if Chair unknown<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Speak to your state chairmen Annually<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Communicate to your state chairmen monthly via e-mal.<\/span><\/span>\n

    1. Expand to your county and division chairmen as you move forward.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      National Communications<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Hibernian Digest Responsibility<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Submit a 300 to 600-word article to the Hibernians Digest prior to the established deadline for each and every Hibernian Digest published.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Web Page Responsibility<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Responsible for creating and approving all content on the AOH web-page as related to chairmanship. <\/span><\/p>\n

          Must provide a monthly update to the AOH webmaster. Weekly updates are encouraged. <\/span><\/p>\n

          Updates are a simple action picture and a paragraph. <\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Email Blast Responsibility<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Prepare articles for email blast as requested. Suggest articles for email blast as needed<\/span><\/p>\n

            Other<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

            Additional duties as assigned by the national president.<\/span><\/p>\n
