Only where they saw &#8220;new compelling evidence and a realistic prospect of a prosecution&#8221;, would they investigate. All other cases would be permanently blocked from any investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark added &#8221; the British government has once again moved the goal posts to protect those within its armed forces and those within illegal organisations they colluded with.
